Course Overview 

 

The course provides those interested in library or information related to careers an opportunity to further thier study of research skills, library management, organization and services.  This course is designed for students who are interested in communication and electronic information retrieval.  You will learn to be SELF-DIRECTED and develop and INDEPENDENT WORK ETHIC

 

This is in large part a practical course that requires you to be a good multi-tasker.  You must show that you can be a self-directed worker.  Maintaining the library is a huge task.  While completing the assignments you are expected to always be aware of what is going on around you and stop and dela with clients' requests when needed.  REGULAR ATTENDANCE is mandatory to your success in this course.
